de acordo com o tempo verbal simple past o que ocorre com as formas interrogativas e negativas?

Eu aprendi inglês sozinha então eu não sei como explicar isso direito e nem se tem algum nome para isso, mas vamos lá.

No negativo você só adiciona o "not"
Você também pode contrair, tipo:

HE/SHE/IT
"She is not my best friend"
"This dog isn't my best friend"(o dog funciona como "it")
"He's not my best friend"

I
"I'm not your best friend"
"I am not your best friend"

THEY/YOU(mesmo se o you for singular você usa "are")
"they aren't my best friend"
"You're not my best friend"
"You are not my best friend"

I- I'm not/ I am not
You- you're not/ you aren't/ you are not
He- He's not/ he isn't/ he is not
She- she's not/ she isn't/ she is not
It- it's not/ it isn't/ it is not
You- you're not/ you aren't/ you are not
They- they're not/ they aren't/ they are not

Quando é interrogativa você coloca o verbo na frente
Am I your best friend?
Are you my best friend?
Is he my best friend?
Is she my best friend?
Is this dog my best friend?
Are you my best friend?
Are they my best friend?

PORÉM quando você está perguntando tipo: "você quer ser meu melhor amigo?" "você tem um melhor amigo?" você usa o do/does

Do I want to (wanna) be her/his/their/its/your best friend? 
Do you want to (wanna) be my best friend? 
Does she want to be (wanna) my best friend?
Does he want to be (wanna)  my best friend?
Does this dog want to (wanna) be my best friend?
Do you want to (wanna) be my best friend?

their=deles
your=seu/seus

wanna é a junção de want to, mas não pode usar "wanna" quando você está conjulgando o verbo na 3° e 4° pessoa, pois fica wants. Porém quando é uma pergunta e fica "does she ------- want------" o verbo volta ao normal!
