The wealth provided by the coffee cultivation in São Paulo land changed many customs and cultural practices. From agriculture to household objects, ways of dressing, speaking, one can say that the nineteenth century was the first period of revolution, in which behavioral traits coming from the indigenous past, sugar were quickly juxtaposed or moved to intensive Europeanization permitted by exporting huge fortunes, the speed of the trains and especially by the massive influx of tens of immigrant ethnic groups! Women took care of the animals, the garden, harvest and took responsibility for home and children, and the children helped in the coffee beneficial.
