{2x-y=12 --------> -y = 12-2x *(-1)
{x/3+y/2=6            y = -12 + 2x  ----> substituindo x aqui por 9, temos: y = -12 +2*9
Substituindo aqui:                                                                                  y = -12 + 18
x/3 + (- 12 + 2x)/2 = 6 ----> tirando o MMC:                                           y = 6
(2x - 36 + 6x)/6 = 36/6 ---> Cancelando divisor:
2x - 36 + 6x = 36
8x = 36 + 36
  x = 72/8
  x = 9
