I enjoy running, because it's healthy and helps me with my resistance. I also enjoy It because I like to break records, so, the more I run, the more records I break, It's a healthy and challenging exercise. Also, It prevents me from having heart attacks and other possible problems that can appear with time.

Meu deus, podes responder com qualquer tipo de prática de exercícios físicos que goste. No meu caso:

"I prefer to play sports because it is multi beneficial, I can improve my physical abilities, such as stamina and lung capacity. Besides I can have fun with my friends, improving social skills, communication and team work".
