Good afternoon, here is the answers:

9:12 = it´s nine hours and twelve minutes.
11:23 = it´s eleven hours and twenty-three minutes.
12:15 = it's mid-day and fifteen minutes (caso a prof diga que está errado, ponha twelve hours mesmo).
 6:30 = it's six and a a half o'clock / it's siz hours and 15 minutes.
 7:37 = it's seven hours and thirty-seven minutes.
 5:45 = it's five hours and fourty-five minutes.
