I don't believe that the Internet is the cause of this "age of distraction", I believe that everything is how you use it! We need to control the time we spend on the Internet so as not to make use of it an addiction. The advancement of technology is something that benefits not only the industry but also our daily lives, however, we must live the moment and not let the day pass, as if it were anything.

Não acredito que a Internet seja a causa dessa "era de distração",acredito que tudo é como você usa! Precisamos controlar o tempo que ficamos na Internet para não tornar o uso dela um vício.O avanço da tecnologia é algo que beneficia não só a indústria mas no nosso cotidiano também porém,precisamos viver o momento e não deixar o dia passar,como se fosse nada.
