coloca o ''don't'', ''not''.ou ''no'' Exemplo: (arfimativa): I'm rarely take a shower. (negativa): I'm not rarely take a shower

Depende do To Be (am, is, are)... Por exemplo:
I am going to buy something
I am not going to buy something

She is going to buy that shoe
She isn't going to buy that shoe
 
We are young
We aren't young

Não se esqueça de onde empregar o verbo To Be:
I am
You are
She is
He is
It is
They are
We are
You are (plural equivale a "Vocês")
