"Who" e "which" usamos sempre antes do verbo, sendo que "who" usamos relativamente a pessoas e "which" quando falamos sobre objetos.
Exemplos:
- A vegetarian is someone who doesn't eat meat.
- A teetotaller is someone who doesn't drink alcohol.
- Alexander Bell was the man who invented the telephone.
- We bought some books which were very interesting.
- Peter works for a company which makes computers.
