 B= \left[\begin{array}{ccc}b_{11}&b_{12}&b_{13}\\b_{21}&b_{22}&b_{23}\\b_{31}&b_{32}&b_{33}\end{array}\right] =  \left[\begin{array}{ccc}5&8&11\\7&10&13\\9&12&15\end{array}\right]

 b_{ij}  = 2i + 3j

 b_{11} = 2.1 + 3.1 = 5

 b_{12}  = 2.1 + 3.2 = 8

 b_{13}  = 2.1 + 3.3 = 11

 b_{21}  = 2.2 + 3.1 = 7

 b_{22}  = 2.2 + 3.2 = 10

 b_{23}  = 2.2 + 3.3 = 13

 b_{31}  = 2.3 + 3.1 = 9

 b_{32}  = 2.3 + 3.2 = 12

 b_{33}  = 2.3 + 3.3 = 15
