O episódio começa na festa de casamento do Chandler e da Mônica, Phoebe tinha achado um teste de gravidez no lixo, e supos que era de Mônica mas era de Rachel, o que deixou Phoebe extremamente feliz e confusa, Rachel pede para Phoebe mentir para que ninguém descubra. Assim, ela disse que estaria grávida de alguém famoso para esconder o segredo da amiga.
Phoebe tenta descobrir quem é o pai, mas Rachel acha que não está pronta para contar quem é, enquanto isso Ross, irmão mais velho de Mônica, conversa com Mona, uma convidada do casamento, com intenção de sair com ela.
Mônica conversa com a Rachel sobre Phoebe estar grávida, e acaba descobrindo a verdade após ver que Rachel não estava bebendo bebidas alcoólicas. Rachel conta para Phoebe que a Mônica sabe, e todos pensa que talvez seja um falso positivo, assim Phoebe foi comprar mais um teste de gravidez para Rachel.
Ross, para impressionar Mona, dança com crianças, o que ela achou muito gentil. porém as crianças dançavam em cima do pé de Ross, o que acaba o machucando, e assim acaba não conseguindo dançar com Mona.
Depois que Phoebe volta com o teste de gravidez, Mônica, Phoebe e Rachel se trancam no banheiro para descobrir se era positivo.
Rachel, após usar o teste, não conseguia ver se era positivo por causa da emoção, dando o teste para Phoebe, que diz que é negativo, assim Rachel fica triste com a notícia, porém Phoebe tinha apenas mentido para que Rachel soubesse como se sentia com a gravidez.
O episódio acaba com Mona conversando com Joey, um amigo galanteador do grupo.
Este episódio é muito importante pra mim pois me faz refletir como as "pequenas" coisas podem mudar sua vida, o que você pensava que seria algo ruim para você, acaba se tornando algo muito valioso e pode mudar completamente sua vida. Por isso temos que pensar em nossas pequenas conquistas e batalhas de cada dia.

The episode starts at Chandler and Monica's wedding party. Phoebe, found a pregnancy test at the trash and supposed that it was Monica's, but actually it was Rachel's, which makes phoebe extremely happy and confused. And Rachel ask Phoebe to lie, because she doesn't want anyone to found out. So she said that she was pregnant of someone famous to hide her friend secret. But phoebe try to found out who is the dad of the child, but Rachel doesn't think she is ready to tell who it's the father. Meanwhile, Ross, (Monica's older brother) talks to Mona, a guest of the party, whit the intention on going on a date whit her.

Monica talks to Rachel about Phoebe being pregnant, but she ended up finding the truth after she saw that Rachel wasn't drink any type of alcoholic drinks. So Rachel tells phoebe that Monica knows, and everyone thinks that was a false result, so Phoebe go out to buy another pregnancy test for Rachel.

Ross, to impress Mona, dance whit children, such she founds very sweet, but the children were dancing standing on his foot, so he ends up getting hurt, and unavailable to dance whit Mona.

After phoebe gets back whit the test, she, Monica and Rachel lock themselves on the bathroom to figure if the test was real. Rachel after the test, couldn't see is the result was positive or negative because of the emotions, so she gives the test to phoebe which said the the result was negative. Making Rachel sad whit the news, but phoebe had just lied to Rachel for her to know how she felt about the pregnancy.

The episode ends whit Mona talking to Joey, the player of the group. And this episode is very important to me, because it makes me reflect on how the "small" thing can change you're life, what you think the would have been something awful in your life, and up being so precious e and change completely everything in your life. That's why we have to think on out small conquers and battles of each day.
