 Vou te explicar a teoria primeiro. Quando temos uma frase na voz ativa (active voice) damos ênfase a quem cometeu a ação. Quando temos uma frase na voz passiva (passive voice) damos ênfase a o que aconteceu.

A ESTRUTURA É (OBJETO DA VOZ ATIVA + TO BE + VERBO NA THIRD COLUMN/PRESENT PERFECT + AGENTE DA PASSIVA.
