Ao formar frases negativas no simple present é necessário acrescentar o verbo auxiliar do + not (forma contraída: don’t). E no caso da terceira pessoa do singular utiliza-se does + not (forma contraída: doesn’t).

Simple present - Negative
James doesn't wake up at 6am.
Paul and Linda don't want to travel to Paris.
Liz doesn't play the piano anymore.
Explicação:
Para formar a negativa, acrescenta-se DON'T após o sujeito I - you - we - they ou DOESN'T após o sujeito He - she - it
DON'T = DO + not
DOESN'T = DOES + not
Exemplos:
I don't like to play soccer.
You don't take your brother home.
He doesn't drive to work.
It doesn't bite.
She doesn't study Greek.
We don't teach Spanish.
They don't go to the park now.
