Explicação:

D. ''reading'' não está como ''present continuous'' nessa frase porque antes dele tem verbo ''to like'' e não ''verbo to be'' >> exemplo: I am reading a book.

To read (ler) →→ reading (leitura )

Reading helps to improve our vocabulary.

A leitura ajuda a melhorar seu vocabulário.

→→  Negativa com verbo to be - acrescenta NOT após o verbo

I am a teacher. - I am not a teacher

She is an actress. - She is not an actress.

→→  Interrogativa com verbo to be - verbo na frente do sujeito  (simple present e simple past

She is a good student.

IS she a good student?

I was at home yesterday.

Was I at home yesterday?

They were here.

Were they here?

Present Continuous >>> usado para falar sobre algo que está acontecendo no momento em que se fala.

Are there two girls in the kitchen? - Há duas garotas na cozinha?
