 \left \{ {{3x+6y=12} \atop {2x+6y=-10}} \right. \\\\\\ 3x+6y=12\to 3x=-6y+12\to x= \frac{-6y+12}{3} \\\\ \\ 2x+6y=-10\to 2x=-6y-10\to x= \frac{-6y-10}{2} \\\\\\\\ \frac{-6y+12}{3} =\frac{-6y-10}{2} \to 2*(-6y+12)=3*(-6y-10)\to \\\\-12y+24=-18y-30\to -12+18y=-30-24\to \\\\ 6y=-54\to y= \frac{-54}{6} \to y=-9
