Sometimes it can be the internet, like the NAT type. If your NAT is different from him, you won't be able to talk to him, or the loading time will be huge (like 3-5 minutes or so). Also there's one more problem: The upload speed of your wi-fi. If the upload speed is less than 2 mb/s, there will be lag or something while you talk to him.

Tambem tem mais um problema: A velocidade do upload do seu wi-fi. Se a velocidade de upload for menos que 2 mb por segundo, vai ter lag ou algo do tipo enquanto você falar com ele.
E a NAT interfere na jogatina, tanto quanto os planos pagos mensalmente para jogar online (PS Plus ou XBOX Gold)
