a) Fashion is not harmful to society. I don't believe that Fashion is harmful to society. I think that Fashion increase and benefits society.

b) Fashion is showing people new ideas and, as such, cannot be dangerous to society. Fashion is something new, and thus brings new and creative ideas to people's live it enriches them, anda makes their lives more interesting.
