Dear Sandy,

I have a really big problem. I can’t do all my school work. I don’t like

getting bad grades so I feel stressed. I can’t sleep at night, so I’m tired all

day at school and I get headaches.

My grandmother lives with us and she’s sick. My mom wants me to help

look after my grandma. My mom gets mad at me when I say don’t have

enough time. Lately, my mom and I always fight and I can’t talk to my dad

because my parents are divorced and I don’t see him very often.

I never go to parties with my friends, and now my friends don’t come to

see me at home because they say I’m no fun.

I feel very tense and I can never relax. What should I do?
