*Ao passar frases para o modo negativo, temos que colocar o verbo principal na frente do sujeito, ou seja, a ordem da frase inverte no começo...

Por exemplo, na letra b:

We were together last night= Nós estávamos juntos noite passada

Quem é o sujeito? nós (we)

Quem é o verbo principal: Estávamos( were)

Então ao passar pra interrogativa, invertemos essas 2 palavras de posição:

Were we together last night?

Isso vale pra todos os exemplos acima...
