My life
My name is Ana Maria. I am twelve years old. I live with my parents and my little brother in a
small house. We are not rich. My father works in a factory and gets up early every day. He
takes the bus to go to work. I get up early too. I comb my hair, brush my teeth and prepare
the table for breakfast. It's not really an American breakfast. I drink coffee and eat bread and
after this go to school. I study in the morning and in the afternoon I help my mother. She
makes cakes to sell. I clean the house for her and take care of my little brother. I love my
family. Our life is difficult but I like it. I am going to be an English teacher and if I help my
mother and study every day it is possible. And I am sure our life is going to change.
