1- Write the sentences:

a-There was only a person in the bus.

Negative Form : There wasn't only a person in the bus.

Interrogative Form:  Wasn't there only a person in the bus?

b-There wasn't any sugar in my coffe.

Interrogative Form:  Wasn't there any sugar in my coffee?

Affirmative Form:  There wasn't any sugar in my coffe.

d-Was there any teacher at the students party?

Affirmative Form:  There were no teachers at the student's party.

Negative Form:  There weren't any teachers at the student's party.

Rewrite using the long form.

a-The car wasn't red.

R:  The car was not red

B- Mary wasn't French

R:  Mary was not French

C-I wasn't surprised
