Grief- can be emotional similar to sorrow “the grief of the family was strong after the dad passed away”

Ache- also can be or feel physical “her heart aches seeing the abandoned dog” or “her bones aches after lifting heavy weights”

Soreness- pain normally In parts of ones body “after running for hours he felt soreness all over his body”
