Greet and ask if they have got any
room.
Say you want a single room with
shower
Say you will stay for 3 nights. Ask
about the price.
Give your credit card (use the correct
expression).
Say you do not want anything else
and thank him/her.
Greet and offer help.
Ask what kind of room he/she would like.
Say there is a room on the fifth floor with a view to
the lake. Ask how long he/she will stay.
Say the price (£42 per night). Ask for his/her credit
card and give him/her the room key.
Ask if he/she would like anything else.​

Receptionist: we have a room on the fifth floor overlooking the lake, How long will you be staying?

Receptionist: it's £42 per night. Could i have your credit card, please

Guest: here you are.

Receptionist: Certainly, Sir. Anything else?
