Pode ser todos esses de acordo com o contexto, pois:

On significa "na", "no", "em cima". Então a frase fica

My uncle and my aunt walking on the beach

Meu tio e tia caminhando na praia.

Podemos substituir por in front of ou near, e a frase vai continuar fazendo sentido.

My uncle and my aunt walking near the beach (Caminhando perto da praia)

My uncle and my aunt walking in front of the beach (Caminhando na frente da praia)

A mesma coisa acontece com a outra frase:

(na frente da minha mãe e minha tia)
