Explicação:

Quando se é uma pergunta usamos o verbo auxiliar do/does ( do para: I,you,we,they. E does para: he,she,it.),no começo da pergunta no tempo presente (no passado se usa did),para frases negativas também usamos o do/does.

I do not want pizza. (eu não quero pizza)

Do you want pizza? (você que pizza?)
