A) You were at home yesterday.

Were you at home yesterday?

B) She was a singer last year.

Was she a singer last year?

C) They were at school last week.

Were they at school last week?

Explicação:

Na verdade é bem fácil. Para tornar uma frase afirmativa uma negativa basta trocar o pronome e o verbo de lugar. Exemplo:

Afirmativa: "She was a incredible baker."

Interrogativa: "Was she a incredible baker?"

Pronome: She (ela)

Verbo: Was (era/estava [verbo "ser/estar" no pretérito.])
