Resposta:

I - Fear means to be afraid of something, and the situation can determine if it's a real or unreal feeling.

II - It's hard to tell. I'm both of them, it depends on the situation and if the fear will help me or not.

III - It can be good, fear sometimes means that the you're in dangerous and you need to take care of yourself. Otherwise, it's bad and unreal, you're afraid of nothing but the fake scenarios you've created in your mind.
