Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

4 tablespoons butter or oil

1 1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 230ºC and grease and flour a square baking sheet.

2. In a bowl, add the butter or oil, sugar and eggs and cream them together until it reaches a smooth texture. Add the flour and the milk to the mixture, mix well until the batter becomes smooth. Add the baking powder, mix well.

3. Pour the batter into the baking sheet and put it in the oven. Bake it for 40 minutes.
