5\left(x-2\right)-7\left(x+1\right)=9\left(3-2x\right)\\\\-2x-17=27-18x\\\\-2x-17+17=27-18x+17\\\\-2x=-18x+44\\\\-2x+18x=-18x+44+18x\\\\16x=44\\\\\frac{16x}{16}=\frac{44}{16}\\\\x=\frac{11}{4}

Decimal: x= 2.75
