In our society, we are constantly doing things for ourselves, studying a lot, working and planning our futures. On the other hand, we have the feeling we are living less. You can see it from your friends: they are finding lots to study, challenging themselves for a very difficult test or trying to get as much information as possible on everything. Aren't they tired? Adults, in general, are getting tired of doing this and are searching for relaxing methods and meditation, for instance. Why do you think this is happening?
