First of all, every person should have a healthy daily planner, even if you are on a diet or not, that's very important for everyone to organize their lives.
With that in mind, it's importante to remember that you need to eat every 3 hours if you want to stay healthy. That being said, here are the four meals that I need to include in my daily planner:
Breakfast: First meal of the day, it's important to eat something energetic.
Brunch: Just a healthy snack before lunch, usually some fruit.
Lunch: Big meal to give you energy until dinner.
Dinner: Light meal to close out the day.
