Part Il - Fill in the blanks to complete the Legend of Romulus and Remus.
Once upon a time there WAS a very bad king who ruled a kingdom called Alba
Longa. His name WAS Amulius. He HAD a brother named Numitor who had a
beautiful daughter named Rhea Silvia. One day King Amulius decided to send Numitor
to exile and told his daughter that she would never get MARRIED or have children.
Mars, the god of war WAS in love with Rhea Silvia and two boys with her. The boys WERE twins. When King Amulius heard the news, he ORDERED
his soldiers to put the twins in a basket and throw it in River Tiber.
A she-wolf FOUND them and fed them. Then, a shepherd named
Faustulus TOOK the boys home and ASKED his wife to take care of
them. They named them Romulus and Remus.
When they BECAME adults, they decided to found a city. Romulus
