f(1/2) = (1/5) . (1/2) - 2/7

f(1/2) = 1/10 - 2/7

f(1/2) = (7 - 20) / 70

f(1/2) = -13/70

f(-2/3) = (1/5) . (-2/3) - 2/7

f(-2/3) = -7/15 - 2/7

f(-2/3) = -79/105

f(1/2) + f(-2/3) = -13/70 - 79/105 = (-39 - 158) / 210 = -197/210
