Resposta:

1- You should eat less fat food.

2- You shouldn't be so lazy.

3- You'd better change your lifestyle.

4- It might be a good idea to start a new routine life.

5- I think you should change some unhealthy habits, such as cutting out red & processed meats.

Explicação:

"Should" is used to say or ask what is the correct or the best thing to do, whereas "you'd better" is a kind of a warning meaning if you don't do that, something bad might happen to you.

Got it?

I hope it helps you

B: You’d better do the same.

A: You're right. I'm out of shape and always tired. I shouldn't eat such unhealthy food.

B: Actually I'm going to the gym righ now. You should come with me.
